Last week, we embarked on our journey of self-love with the pillar of Awareness. This week, we delve deeper into the second pillar of our self-love series: Attention.

As a certified NLP mindset and life coach, my journey has led me to a profound realization: love and fear are the two fundamental

E2B is more than the name of my business; it’s a reflection of what I believe. The “E” represents both my name and the values that guide my work—explore, expand, evolve, empower, and embody. The “2B” represents to be—a reminder that beneath all the expectations, roles, and noise, there is value in simply being.
I believe we already hold much of the wisdom we’re searching for. My work isn’t about telling people who to become—it’s about creating the space to explore who they already are. Through coaching, workshops, circles, speaking, and meaningful conversations, I help people deepen self-awareness, cultivate self-trust, and navigate life with greater intention, freedom, and peace.
My hope is that every interaction leaves you feeling more connected to yourself, more grounded in what matters most, and more confident in the path that’s uniquely yours.
There was a time in my life when I felt deeply disconnected from myself. Like many people, I carried stories, fears, and pain that shaped the way I saw the world—and the way I saw myself. As a teenager, I struggled with depression, self-harm, and moments where I truly didn’t know how to keep moving forward.
What began my healing wasn’t finding the perfect answer. It was becoming curious. Through therapy, books, coaching, mindfulness, and years of personal exploration, I slowly discovered that awareness creates choice. The more I understood myself, the more I stopped living from old patterns and started living with greater intention.
That journey changed everything.
It didn’t make life perfect, nor did it remove life’s challenges. Instead, it helped me build something far more meaningful: a relationship with myself rooted in awareness, compassion, and self-trust. It taught me that we already hold much of the wisdom we’re searching for. Sometimes, we simply need the space to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with it.
That belief became the foundation of E2B Coaching.
I became a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner because I wanted to combine evidence-based coaching with the deep personal work that transformed my own life. Over the years, my work has grown beyond traditional coaching into workshops, circles, speaking, and experiences that invite people to pause, reflect, explore, and discover new perspectives. While I integrate a variety of coaching techniques and practices, I believe the greatest transformation often comes not from being given answers, but from asking meaningful questions and learning to trust yourself more deeply.
Outside of my work, you’ll usually find me writing, journaling, reading, listening to podcasts, or spending time in nature. I’m endlessly curious and deeply value learning, reflection, meaningful conversations, and the simple moments shared with my husband and our four children. Those moments remind me that life isn’t only about becoming more—it’s also about learning how to simply be.
My hope is simple: that every person I meet leaves feeling a little more connected to themselves than when they arrived. Because in the end, I don’t believe growth is about becoming someone else. I believe it’s about shedding what no longer serves us so we can live more fully as who we truly are.
